IFB-37-12-012-A - COPY AND RELATED SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The County desires to enter into a contract with a business that has the capability to handle routine copying and related servcies, including high volume projects requiring quick trun around (24 hours or less) on an as needed basis. Most projects are required with little or no advance notice, however, it is expected that the Successful Bidder (Contractor) must be able to provide the same level of quality and turn around time as projects that are give with advance notice. Project type and complexity will vary. Due to the sensitive or confidential nature of some of the documents that the County may be providing to the Contractor, it is expected that all documents in possession of the Contractor and handled in a discrete and confidential manner.
