RFP-37-16-132 - Countywide Fleet Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
Wayne County will award a contract(s) in the category of fleet maintenance and repair services. The successful contractor must be able to perform general and preventative maintenance and common repair on service vehicles and equipment that include, but are not limited to, brakes, suspension, heat/AC systems, electrical systems, transmission, etc. The County’s preference is to have a primary contractor that has the ability to manage performance on all required services on its diverse fleet that consists of cars, trucks and motorcycles. Work assigned to the primary contractor may be sub-contracted. When sub-contractors are used, the primary sub-contractor is responsible for performance including, but not limited to, billing, reporting, scheduling, delivery, work quality, and warranty.
