RFI-37-15-087 - Development & Utilization of 640 Temple, Detroit Michigan

Summary of Specifications:
Through this RFI, the County hereby invites interested parties who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit Responses for the purpose of soliciting ideas for a public private partnership to maximize the potential use = of the Property. This RFI will be used to help determine the best use for the Property, preferably in a manner that will be financially beneficial to the County. 

Respondents may submit multiple alternatives, but the viability of each alternative should include thorough support and analysis. This RFI is not to be construed as commitment by the County to award a contract of any kind. Additionally, the County has the right to and may use the results of this RFI to issue a subsequent bid. 

A walk-through / tour will be held on December 15, 2015 at 640 Temple, Detroit, MI 48201. (See cover page for more details). The County believes it is essential to fully understand the Property and adjacent areas.
