Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for the purpose of providing professional Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to employees, their family members, and Wayne County management as well as other services related to the mental health and well being of County employees. The purpose is to help Wayne County, the employer, provide a productive work/life balance by addressing issues that impact both personal and organizational development.
