Summary of Specifications:
The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for the purpose of providing professional engineering services for design, bid review and construction management necessary to implement the Priority 1A improvements to facilities in Wayne County’s Northeast Sewage Disposal System (NESDS). The scope of this RFP covers the Priority 1A projects for NESDS from the Supplement 1 Project Plan and additional tasks described herein, including specific improvements to: • Grosse Pointe Interceptor Sewer, • Marter Road Booster Pumping Station, • Kerby Road Pumping Station, • Harper Woods Connection and Flow Control, and • Cook Road Pump Station Metering Facility.
