Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Detroit – Wayne County Brownfield Coalition hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide professional services to the City of Detroit, Detroit Wayne County Port Authority and Wayne County Brownfield Authorities for oversight, management and site assessment activities eligible for funding through a Hazardous Substances and Petroleum Substances Assessment Grant awarded to the Wayne County Brownfield Coalition by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) effective October 1, 2013.
