Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to manage all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Chandler Park Family Aquatic Center. The selected Proponent will manage and operate the Aquatic Center for, at least, five (5) years. The selected Proponent will also be given the opportunity to subcontract some specialized services, including food and lawn services.
