RFP-37-14-001 - HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFIT CONSULTING AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for the purpose of contracting for a full service health and welfare benefits consultant. Services are expected to include, but not be limited to, strategic planning, recommendations on plan design, assistance in procurement of insurance products and other benefit administration services, assistance with plan administration, cost and trend reporting, enrollment and eligibility plan auditing, PPACA training and compliance assistance, and RDS collection services for benefit plans offered to active employees of Wayne County and the Wayne County Third Circuit Court whose corporate offices are located in Detroit, Michigan and whose employees reside in Southeast Michigan.
