Through this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit bids for road improvements along 0.47 miles of Wyoming Avenue from 240’ north of CSX Railroad to Warren Road including cold milling the existing asphalt surface and resurfacing the pavement, pavement rehabilitation, drainage structure adjustment, concrete sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramps, pavement markings; and all together with necessary related work.
