Through this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit bids for road improvements along 2.83 miles of Outer Drive-W Road from Six Mile Road to Schaefer Hwy including cold milling the existing asphalt surface and resurfacing the x-lane wide pavement, pavement rehabilitation, drainage structure adjustment, concrete sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramps, pavement markings; and all together with necessary related work.
