RFP-37-15-033 - INSPECTION, INVENTORY, PACKING, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE OF MICROFORM

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to inventory and transport microfilm rolls and microfiche from the Register of Deeds Office and the storage facility the office currently uses to a secure climate controlled facility that offers extended-term fire-protective storage and protects against other hazards such as water, light, fungus, insects, chemicals and physical damage. The Proposer will be required to inspect and inventory the microfilm rolls and microfiche. Proposer must identify and isolate deteriorating film. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.”
