RFP-37-16-090 - Inmate Telephone System

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) with an Inmate Telephone System, Video Visitation Services, and related services in its Jail and Lock-Up Facilities. It is noted the WCSO is constructing a new consolidated detention facility. In the event the new facility opens within the term of the contract, the vendor is required, if requested by the County, to install, operate and maintain the Inmate Telephone System in the new facility under the same terms and conditions of this RFP.
