RFP-37-12-043 - Insurance Brokerage and Advisory Services

Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for brokerage and advisory services for property, casualty, and related lines of insurance. The broker(s) selected will place insurance coverage for a portfolio of property, casualty, and related lines of insurance, and will have the responsibility for transacting and implementing insurance programs selected by the County. The broker(s) selected will assist the County in choosing subcontractors who will handle, from inception to completion, Personal Injury Protection claims; conduct surveillance, coordinate Independent Medical Exams; and, assist the County on subrogation claims. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT VENDORS DOWNLOAD THE FORMAL SOLICITATION TO OBTAIN INSTRUCTIONS ON OBTAINING COUNTY'S INSURANCE INFORMATION BY SUMBITTING A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT. IN ADDITION, INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
