Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide jail-based and community-based batterer’s intervention programs for adult males in the Wayne County Jail, as well as adult males on probation in Wayne County. The Proposer awarded this contract will provide the services both in the jail and in the community. * “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
