Summary of Specifications:
1)INTRODUCTION: Through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne hereby invites businesses who meet the qualification set forth herein to submit bids for provide Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) or OEM approved New or Reconditioned Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Control Valves and Hydraulic Hose, Fittings and Accessories. 2) SPECIFICATIONS: The Contractor shall provide Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) Products as indicated on the Price Sheet herein. The stock numbers listed are Wayne County stock numbers and have no relationship to any manufacturer or supplier stock numbers. 3) DELIVERY: The Contractor will deliver within thirty (30) working days after receipt of a demand call, Monday through Friday between 7:30 – 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 – 3:00 p.m. All deliveries will be accompanied by a packing/delivery slip indicating the County’s Purchase Order number, and your company’s name, particularly, if you arrange for a drop shipment from another vendor. To facilitate payment, all delivered items must be referenced with the County’s seven-digit stock number (if included on the purchase order) on all delivery tickets and invoices. All freight must be palletized and tailgate loaded for ground unlading by forklift, as there is no dock. Shrink-wrap pallets as appropriate. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR SPECIFICATIONS
