Summary of Specifications:
The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for the purpose of providing professional engineering services to develop the basis of design for a long term corrective action plan for Wayne County’s Rouge Valley Sewage Disposal System. This plan is being developed under Final Order of Abatement 2117 issued by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
