Title of Notice: Professional Engineering Services to Develop Engineering Bidding Documents to Repair the Jefferson W. Bascule Bridge (Phase 2) The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for the purpose of providing professional engineering services to develop design plans, specifications, pay items, estimated quantities and engineers estimate to repair the Jefferson W. Bascule Bridge over the Rouge River and restore it to working order; this bridge is on the border of the Cities of Detroit and River Rouge. A CD of the existing plans can be picked up in Purchasing Division, 500 Griswold, 15th Floor, Detroit, Michigan 48226. CD’s can be mailed for a fee of $10.00. “PLEASE REVIEW THE FORMAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. FAILURE TO ADHERE MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE.”
