Description

A Re-Bid for the purpose of providing lead hazard abatement and Healthy Homes repair services to the Healthy Homes for a LeadSafe Wayne County Program.
The primary responsibility of this program is the reduction of residential sources of lead poisoning through lead-based paint hazard identification and remediation in Wayne County. The primary strategy of the Health Homes for a LeadSafe Wayne County Program will focus on elimination of lead hazards in approximately 200 homes. Additional responsibilities include identification and remediation of non-lead related health and safety hazards in a subset of the homes that have been accepted into the program. Healthy Homes remediation projects will be performed at a maximum of sixty (60) homes.
