37-25-016 - Resilient Facilities Action Plan

The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for a technical consultant to conduct an initial America Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) level 1 property assessment to support the County’s Resilient Facilities Action plan for up to 170 facilities and an ASHRAE Level 2 report describing a phased approach for sequencing improvements within prioritized facilities while laying the roadmap to decarbonize the County’s buildings and facilities in alignment with the Southeast Michigan Priority Climate Action Plan.
