Through this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit bids for road improvements along 1.34 miles of Outer Drive-E from Chalmers St. to Chandler Park Drive including HMA milling and resurfacing, concrete curb patching and capping, drainage structure adjustment, concrete sidewalk and ADA sidewalk ramps, pavement markings and permanent signs; and all together with necessary related work.
