37-18-046 - SURVEY, MONUMENTATION AND REMONUMENTATION SERVICES

To perform all professional surveying activities needed (a) to monument original public land survey corners, protracted public land survey corners and associated property controlling corners; (b) to remonument previously monumented original public survey corners, protracted public land survey corners and associated property controlling corners identified by the County’s representative and (c) for perpetual monument maintenance of all original public land survey corners, protracted public land survey corners, associated property controlling corners, and associated geodetic coordinates by filing Land Corner Recordation Certificates in accord with the Corner Recordation Act, Act 74 of 1970, MCL 54.201 through 54.210 (d).
