RFP-37-16-099 - Service of Process Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Charter County of Wayne on behalf of the Wayne County Treasurer hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide Process server services. 

Public Act 123 of 1999, as amended, MCL 211.78 et seq. (Act 123), authorizes the Wayne County Treasurer to foreclose on tax-delinquent properties which were forfeited to the County Treasurer under MCL 211.78g. Pursuant to Act 123, the County Treasurer is required to visit, inspect, serve or post required notices on forfeited property, in compliance with Act 123.
