Summary of Specifications:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Charter County of Wayne (County) hereby invites businesses who meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals tires, tubes, and related installation and service.

The term of the resultant contract shall be for a period of three (3) years from the date of award, with two (2) additional 12-month extension options, which may be exercised at the discretion of Wayne County. Prior to signature the Wayne County Purchasing Director may modify the term of the if it is in the best interest of Wayne County.
