37-18-088 - Wayne County Criminal Justice Complex Food and Beverage Concession, Inmate Food

The County of Wayne is Request for Proposal (RFP), for the purpose of creating a concession area in the new Criminal Justice Complex (CJC) – Part I, to provide Inmate Food Service and/or Commissary Service for the Wayne County CJC creating – Part II, and a cafeteria or restaurant area in the Guardian Building – Part III.  Proposals may be submitted for part or all of the requested services of this RFP.  The CJC will be located at I-75 and Warren Avenue in the Poletown East Neighborhood of Detroit, MI and the Guardian Building is located at 500 Griswold Street, Detroit, MI 48226.
