The 2nd Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., Huntington Place, One Washington Blvd., Detroit, MI 48226 at the JOE LOUIS STATUE located at the Main Entrance under our Main Marquee over Jefferson St./Lodge Fwy. Access to roof parking is from Congress Street between 2nd and 3rd streets south off of Fort Street. Take Elevator Tower #2 down to the 2nd floor and exit south towards the river. Please bring hard hat, reflective vest, and comfortable walking shoes/boots.

The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority (DRCFA) will receive QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS clearly marked 2023-002 RFQP-AEFO on or before 1:00 p.m., WEDNESDAY, February 22, 2023 at the 3rd Floor DRCFA Administration Offices located at Huntington Place, One Washington Blvd., Detroit Michigan 48226 OR via e-mailed to jkull@drcfa.org & sdomonkos@drcfa.org PRIOR to the bid due date and time after which time they will be publicly opened & read aloud in Room 352; however, the DRCFA does not assume any responsibility for failure of the DRCFA to receive proposals via the internet (loss of power, excessive size of file, wrong e-mail address, etc.). ALL PROPOSALS ARE CONFIDENTIAL and will not be available for public inspection until after award of bid by the DRCFA Board.
