RFP-BJ-10-124 - Chiller Maintenance Agreement for Cobo Center

Summary of Specifications:
The Authority requires a qualified and licensed contractor with significant chiller system maintenance experience to provide Full Coverage maintenance services in Cobo Center. The selected bidder will be responsible for providing labor and parts for executing repairs required to maintain acceptable machine condition and reliable performance. He will provide scheduled preventative maintenance and repair labor, predictive and preventive maintenance when systems are operational and winter annual preventive maintenance. Additionally the contractor shall identify problems that may impact chiller or pump operational reliability and take corrective actions to maintain chiller operability and reliability. Under this contract the awarded bidder will provide Full Coverage which includes providing all parts and labor for the equipment to operate successfully and reliably for a flat monthly service fee.
