The 2nd Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., Huntington Place, One Washington Blvd., Detroit, MI 48226 at the JOE LOUIS STATUE located at the Main Entrance under our Main Marquee over Jefferson Ave./Lodge Fwy. Access to roof parking is from Congress Street between 2nd and 3rd streets south off of Fort Street. Take Elevator Tower #2 down to the 2nd floor and exit south towards the river. Please bring hard hat, reflective vest, and comfortable walking shoes/boots.
