RFP-RM-4 a - Insurance Reduction Strategy

Summary of Specifications:
Evaluate and assess The Cobo Center facility with specific purpose and objective to develop and determine an implementable strategy for reducing the cost of insurance for the total Cobo Center facility based on a capital cost-benefit rationale. The DRCFA intends to either directly or through its existing agreement with SDG, LLC enter into a standard professional services agreement (PSA) with the firm deemed by the DRCFA and SDG as the most qualified, experienced and responsible to advise and recommend improvements in the Cobo Center systems and operations which significantly reduce insurance cost (premium reduction). it is important that all aspects of the Cobo Center's systems, operations, equipment and components be evaluated base on their benefit or liability to the safety, protection and operations of the Cobo Center.
