The successful bidder shall provide services relative to Pest Control which will include, but not be limited to, the following assigned areas of food service and encompassing areas:

11,640 square feet of kitchen space (2 floors).

960 square feet of loading docks, including 420 square feet (east side) and

540 square feet (west side).

Go Natural Pantry and Sausage Haus.
Cork &Grind Eatery
DRCFA/ASM-Global Office Space.

Centerplate Office Space.

CSS Office Space.

Gems Office Space.

TCF Center, all common areas, including storage and stock rooms.

Services to include two (2) service calls per week (agreed upon rate), and all necessary equipment, including, but not limited to, glue traps, bug repellent traps and dock repellents.

Kitchens and docks fumigation twice a year (agreed upon rate).

Must have plan for removal of birds/rodents from property including live cages (agreed upon rate).

Contractor must have an Integrated Pest Management Plan
