Summary of Specifications:
The Authority is soliciting Proposals for the provision of comprehensive Construction Management Services necessary and appropriate to expedite design and procurement activities for Authority Board approved “Phase IIb Projects” during the last quarter of 2010 and to commence construction in early 2011 to assure substantial completion of all related construction by mid November 2011. It is the intent of the Authority to secure, for the purpose of making an informed selection, Proposals certifying the Proposer’s qualifications, experience, proven expert capability, confirmed capacity, available key personnel and competitive fees for providing comprehensive professional construction management and contract administration services associated with seven (7) proposed major improvement and upgrade initiatives, collectively referred to as “Phase IIb Projects” with a combined estimated cost of approximately $27,250,000.00. Each Project is subject to specific and separate approval by the Authority Board of Directors.
