Summary of Specifications:
The Detroit Regional Convention Facilities Authority is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide private security guard services at its Cobo Center facility in Detroit, Michigan. The security guard company provides security services for our employees, clients, tenant, visitors, and property. Security guards are trained to handle access control, closed circuit TV monitoring, bomb threats, power failures, evacuation procedures and any other unforeseen emergencies. Security guards will monitor the lobby and and provide information about the Convention Center and the surrounding area to Convention Center visitors. In addition to patrols, security posts throughout the facility observe and monitor activity, key building functions and building infrastructure. Security services are required on 24/7/365 basis.
