8771 - Wage and Compensation Analysis

The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority (the “DRCFA” or the “Authority”) is seeking proposals from qualified professional service organizations to perform a wage and compensation analysis on behalf of the DRCFA and TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan. The selected firm will be asked to work closely with our Director of Finance and Human Resources to compile all historical wage & compensation data necessary to conduct the study to allow the DRCFA and TCF Center to be competitive in the marketplace for employees while simultaneously providing value to both the DRCFA and TCF Center.  Once the wage and compensation study has been procured, the successful proponent will be asked to provide initial implementation of wage & compensation support to the Director of Finance and Human Resources as required. This report will also need to act as a framework for the future to ensure less compression between the various reporting positions in addition to appropriate wages.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and conduct additional negotiations with one or more proposers at its discretion.
