The Detroit People Mover is soliciting bids for a firm fixed requirements contract for Electrical Repair Services. DPM intends to award a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional one year options to renew, at DPM’s discretion. It is DPM’s intent to award the contract to one vendor, however DPM reserves the right to award to multiple bidders if DMP, at its sole option, deems such action to be in its best interests. DPM reserves the right to make an award for one (1), two (2), or three (3) year period with or without renewal options.
