The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (herein called "DWSD") is seeking a Payment Plan Collection Service provider (herein called the "Bidder") to perform high quality payment plan collection services, for current delinquent active accounts in the amount of $160 million, for DWSD operations tentatively beginning approximately September 2024. This is a revenue contract for a percentage of what is collected. The Contract will be for one (1) year with the option to renew.
