RFB # 508996 / Project # PC-813 - Bentler/Westbrook Stormwater Project (NFWF SE Michigan Resiliency)

The Project includes the following Work (all quantities approximate):

• 296 square yards of residential road pavement removal, 53 square yards of sidewalk and approach removal, 1.77 acres of clearing, 6 catch basins to be removed, 91 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe to be removed, and 4 bulkheads installed;
• 259 square yards of residential pavement replacement, 55 square yards of sidewalk and approach replacement, and 198 lineal feet of concrete curb installation;
• Four bioretention basins ranging in depth from 4 to 7 feet, for a total of 3,816 cubic yards of soil removal, 277 cubic yards of bioretention soil installed, 22,238 square feet of bioretention plantings, and 54,979 square feet of lawn restoration;
• 136 lineal feet of road trench drain construction, 5 manholes, 5 end sections with rip-rap and bar screens, 4 overflow structures, 99 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC storm sewer, 279 lineal feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer, 656 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC underdrain, 10 underdrain cleanouts, 3 underdrain wye connections, and 2 manholes to be built on existing rear yard combined sewer.
