The Project includes the following Work (all quantities approximate):
- 994 square yards of residential road pavement removal, 211 square yards of sidewalk and approach
removal, 4.70 acres of clearing, 26 catch basins to be removed, 369 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer
pipe to be removed, and 13 bulkheads installed;
- 919 square yards of residential pavement replacement, 179 square yards of sidewalk and approach
replacement, and 654 lineal feet of concrete curb installation;
- Nine bioretention basins ranging in depth from 4 to 7 feet, for a total of 13,742 cubic yards of soil
removal, 1,801 cubic yards of bioretention soil installed, 48,614 square feet of bioretention plantings,
and 156,260 square feet of lawn restoration;
- 271 lineal feet of road trench drain construction, 9 manholes, 12 catch basins, 15 end sections with
rip-rap and bar screens, 9 overflow structures, 175 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC storm sewer, 1009 lineal
feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer, 1621 lineal feet of 6-inch PVC underdrain, 24 underdrain cleanouts,
8 underdrain wye connections, 6 manholes to be built on existing rear yard combined sewer, and 1
tap onto an existing rear yard combined sewer.
The Project has an expected duration of 210 calendar days.
