Summary of Specifications:
DWSD-R is considering entering an agreeemnt with qualified firm(s) for delivery of a comprehensive capital program. This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is an effort to engage the consulting engineering and project delivery community in the specification of functions for the development and implementation of a capital investment program for the linear assets of the retail focused DWSD. The RFEI is also intended to make potentially interested entities aware of DWSD's interest and intent to establish defined program management functions, to identify those entities interested in the opportunity, to obtain basic information on potential respondents' qualifications and concepts for program delivery, and to solicit input on DWSD's forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) for a comprehensive water and sewer system infrastructure rehabilitation and replacement program.
