DBB and DRB bidders must acknowledge their intent to bid via Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) by June 25, 2024 at 2 p.m EST.
In accordance with DWSD Procurement Policy, DWSD invites Detroit Based Businesses (DBB) or Detroit Resident Businesses (DRB) to participate in this bid process. To qualify as a DBB or DRB bidder, your firm MUST be actively certified through the City of Detroit Civil Rights, Inclusion & Opportunity (CRIO) Department and provide proof in your ITR submission.
Also, all valid insurance documents and approved City of Detroit Clearance must be included in your ITR submission. Businesses not certified through CRIO do not qualify for this opportunity.
