Summary of Specifications:
An independent consultant, qualified to operate as municipal financial advisor and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Municipal Securities Rule Rulemaking Board. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in providing financial advisory services related, but not limited, to the issuance and investment of the proceeds of one or more of the following: revenue bonds (taxable and tax exempt), pension obligation bonds, and other financing as may be appropriate for the Great Lakes Water Authority.
