RFB 486276 / DWS-932 - Large Sewer Improvements in Riverdale & Rosedale Park

OVERVIEW
The Project includes the rehabilitation of the large diameter sewer improvements in Riverdale and Rosedale Park. The large diameter sewer improvements encompasses improvements and repair to manholes by trenchless point repairs, CIPP lining and existing sewers up to 120-inch diameter in Detroit, Michigan.
 
The work involves, but not limited to the following:
 

1. The rehabilitation of large diameter sewers will include man-entry walk through inspection, internal repairs and cleaning, and site restoration of the surface areas and existing structures after performing any necessary sewer work as specified in the Contract.
2. Repairs and cleaning will include concrete repair, fracture/crack repair, joint repair, cleaning of roots or attached debris, and infiltration repairs. Quantities of large diameter sewer repairs are listed in the Contract Documents.
3. Lining of approximately 2,862 Linear Feet of large diameter sewers.
4. The work is focused among select residential streets within Riverdale and Rosedale Park.
5. All labor, equipment, and material for the entire work shall be furnished by the Contractor.
6. Perform Work of Contract under unit price with Owner according to Conditions of Contract.
7. The bidder agrees that any incidental work involving unmarked underground utilities that may be required to complete any specific item shall be considered incidental and no claim for additional compensation will be made.
