Summary of Specifications:
Includes but is not limited to providing concrete crack repairs, concrete spall repairs, and restoration; new structure concrete roof slab overlay and waterproofing restoration of existing concrete and structural steel elements; new concrete overlay to existing floor slab; replacement of ornamental fence and gate at tranformer yard; repoint deteriorated mortar joints of masonry; provide waterproofing to lower exterior walls; provide pressure grouting to concrete structural elements restoration; provide new conduit supporting bracket; as needed painting to walls and ceiling; and re-grade existing asphalt pavement.
