Summary of Specifications:
Develop and administer a multi-lingual, multi-media outreach program that promotes the Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP)and enables low-income households served by the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA)(in the counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Lapeer, St. Clair, Washtenaw, Monroe and Genesee) to seek assistance. Ensure administrative processes to apply for and obtain assistance are readily understood and completed by eligible households. Also provide information on other community sponsored assistance programs.
