To accept additional purchase orders from the City of Detroit Water and Sewerage Department for additional units at the same prices and under the same terms and conditions, for a period of one year.

Bidders offering other than the referenced brand(s) must submit, with their bid, and at no cost to the City of Detroit, three samples of the item(s) quoted. Failure to submit samples with bid may be grounds for rejection. Sample shall be properly marked with vendor’s name and item numbers. 



DELIVERY: 

Delivery is required within ten (10) business days after receipt of notice to ship.
