The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) Procurement Department is currently considering utilization of National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) Vendor Contract No. 11-58 Effective 12/8/20 – 12/31/23 for Records Management Consulting Services.
In accordance with DWSD Procurement Policy, DWSD invites Detroit Based Businesses (DBB) or Detroit Resident Businesses (DRB) to participate in this bid process. To qualify as a DBB or DRB bidder, your firm MUST be actively certified through the City of Detroit Civil Rights, Inclusion & Opportunity (CRIO) Department. In addition, both DBBs and DRBs must submit all valid insurance documents and approved City of Detroit Clearances. Business not certified through CRIO do not qualify for this opportunity.
For consideration, DBB and DRB bidders must agree to meet all NCPA Contract No. 11-58 Terms, Conditions, and Statements of Work. Additionally, DBB and DRB bidders must meet or improve upon all pricing in NCPA Contract No. 11-58. DWSD will evaluate qualified bid responses and award a contract for Records Management Consulting Services based on lowest price.
DBB and DRB bidders must acknowledge their intent to bid via BidNet Direct/Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network (MITN) by October 17, 2022, at 2 p.m. Required Invitation to Respond (ITR) documentation must be submitted via BidNet Direct (MITN) by October 25, 2022, at 2 p.m.
The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department reserves the right to terminate this ITR, in whole or in part, for any reason and without penalty.
