Summary of Specifications:
The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing 8" and 18" butterfly valves, removal and installation of ninety-eight 3" butterfly valves in the grit chamber piping, removal of existing diffusers in grit chambers, screen influent channel, grit influent channel and grit effluent channel. Replacement of Coarse Bubble Diffusers, replacement of eleven flow indicator transmitters with re-calibration once installed, removal and replacement of multiple leaking flanged gaskets, and replacement of damaged pipes in the grit chambers.
