OVERVIEW
The work, as specified in this Request for Bids (RFB) #486275 / Project #DWS-918, shall consist, but is not limited to, the following, amongst select residential streets in Rosedale Park Neighborhood:
- Video inspections and cleaning of existing sewers,
- Full segment sewer installation for approx. 370 linear feet of sewers up to 18” diameter,
- External point repairs for approx. 221 linear feet of sewers up to 48” x 72” diameter,
- Trenchless point repairs for approx. 196 linear feet of sewers up to 24” diameter,
- Lining of approx. 27,458 linear feet of sewers up to 48” diameter,
- New and replacement manholes and catch basins,
- Various repairs and cleaning of remaining manholes and catch basins, and
- Restoration of the surface areas and existing structures after performing any necessary sewer work as specified in the contract documents here within.
The project is for an estimated term of 365 calendar days.
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
Please be advised that this is a State of Michigan Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF project 7484-01). In addition, federal requirements must be met for American Iron and Steel, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), and Davis-Bacon. The relevant forms are in Appendix I. Note: Davis Bacon Wage Rates must be paid each year by the contractor and subcontractors for the duration of the contract.
