The Successful Bidder (Contractor) shall provide the requested Small Parcel Delivery Service on an as-needed basis for the term of the resulting contract.
In accordance with DWSD Procurement Policy, DWSD invites certified Detroit Based Businesses (DBB) and/or certified Detroit Resident Businesses (DRB) to participate in this bid process. DBB and DRB bidders must acknowledge their “Intent to Bid” by the “Notice of Intent to Bid Deadline” and MUST be registered with the City of Detroit Civil Rights, Inclusions and Opportunity Office (CRIO) PRIOR to bidding.
