Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this SOQ is to provide prospective third-party administrators(TPA)with information that will enable them to prepare and submit a response regarding TPA services for a self-insured workers' compensation program. The Great Lakes Water Authority(GLWA)will use the results of this SOQ process to eventually award a service agreement that will include claims with loss dates beginning on or after the program inception on a date still to be determined (but most likely on or before January 1, 2016).
