RFP #476944 - Water Main Condition Assesment Services Throughout City of Detroit (CS-1909A)

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department (DWSD) requests written proposals from qualified
firms or project teams to provide labor, designated materials, tools, equipment, apparatus,
security measures, and transportation to complete condition assessments including hydrant flow
testing, c-factor testing, leak detection testing, and valve exercising of existing potable water
mains. The service areas are various neighborhoods and locations throughout the City of Detroit,
Michigan. The project will include evaluation and data collection as identified in more detail in
the scope of work and specifications of certain identified water main (approximately 1,200,000
lineal feet), valves and hydrants within the City of Detroit. The contract will be for a term of 245
days (8 months).
