All proposers must attend and sign in at both sites to be considered. The first, (1st) site visit will be at 8726 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Michigan 48202. All the proposers will meet in the lobby. After the first site visit, Proposers will then move to the 2nd site visit, where we will meet at 707 W. Milwaukee Street, Detroit, Michigan, 48202. Meet in Parking Lot B… Do not enter the building without DWIHN Purchasing Personnel. All attendees must also sign in at the Crisis Center. NO photographs can be taken of any DWIHN personnel or guests.
